Throughout Wilberfoss School, we offer a broad and balanced curriculum that is stimulating, exciting and engages all of our pupils. We cater for a range of learning styles and adapt our teaching strategies to ensure that all pupils achieve their full potential during their time at our school. We provide a range of activities and experiences that challenge and motivate.
We have a cross-curricular approach, where appropriate, that allows pupils to apply skills learned across all areas of the curriculum and enables them to see the importance and links between subject areas.
We have produced an overarching Curriculum Overview.
For each subject area we have a big picture for that subject, a learning journey overview and a knowledge and skills progression document.

How do we keep you informed?
Each term every class will receive a curriculum newsletter and knowledge organisers. This will continue information about what is being taught across that term, and any ways you can support and get involved. We will also save them on our website in this section - curriculum newsletters.
